一种新型双核Cu配合物的电化学性质及其应用研究

本文研究了一种新型平面双核Cu配合物 (deCu)的电化学性质及其修饰电极在水溶液中对半胱氨酸和L_色氨酸的电催化作用 .悬汞电极循环伏安曲线示出 ,在 - 0 .5V和 - 0 .2 5V处显示的还原峰分别对应于配体和配合物中心金属离子的还原反应 .光谱电化学实验进一步表明 :电位价跃至 - 0 .75V时 ,在 4 40nm处出现Cu(Ⅱ )向低价铜的电子跃迁吸收峰 ,而紫外光谱在 2 70和 2 80nm两处出现的吸收峰红移 ,这可能是因为配合物分子氧桥联发生配位形成大偶合体系所致 .利用循环伏安法制备deCu/GC和deCu/石墨碳修饰电极 ,实验表明 ,该修饰电极修饰膜的氧 /还反应为 2电子 2质子过程 ,并对半胱氨酸和L_色氨酸等具有较好的电催化氧化效果

阳离子光引发剂[CpFe(η6-tol)]BF4光聚合活性及增感的研究

研究了阳离子光引发剂[CpFe(η⁶-tol)]BF₄引发脂环族环氧树脂ERL-4221阳离子光聚合的活性.其响应峰在 374nm和 450nm处,大于二甲苯基碘盐的240nm,具有更高的感度.同时,研究了一些不同种类的过氧化物对[CpFe(η⁶-tol)]BF₄的增感作用,敏化效果与其氧化性一致:过氧化羟基异丙苯(CHP)≈过氧化苯甲酰 (BPO) >过氧化二异丙苯 (DCP),研究了光敏体系的紫外吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱,对增感机理作出初步解释.     

头孢唑啉酸与稀土元素Eu3+配合物的合成及配位位置的研究

头孢唑啉酸(cefazolin)为抗生素类药物,它的钠盐就是通常所说的先锋霉素. 我们通过共沉淀法合成了头孢唑啉酸与稀土元素Eu³⁺ 的固体配合物,并对其进行了光谱及波谱研究. 通过IR、¹H NMR和¹³C NMR确定了配合物的配位点,并探讨了配位机理.     

[LCu]_2biPy/GC电极L-半胱氨酸的伏安测定

[LCu]2b iPy/GC电极对L-半胱氨酸(L-Cys)具有良好的电催化氧化作用,催化电流(Ipa)与L-Cys浓度(C)在1×10-3到300 mmol.L-1范围内呈线性关系,相关系数0.9996,检出下限达5×10-7mol.L-1.     

一个新的铜(Ⅱ)配合物的合成、结构与抗微生物活性研究

利用苯妥英,二(3-氨基丙基)胺与醋酸铜反应合成了一种新的铜三元配合物[Cu(pht)2(bapa)](CH3OH)[Hpht:苯妥英(5,5-Diphenylhydantion);bapa:二(3-氨基丙基)胺(bis(3-aminopropyl)amine)].通过元素分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射确定了其组成和结构.配合物属于三斜晶系,空间群为Pī.晶胞参数:a=0.84190(10)nm,b=1.37540(15)nm,c=1.5622(2)nm,α=86.038(3)°,β=82.542(2)°,γ=83.904(2)°;V=1.7807(4)nm3,Mr=729.32,Z=2,F(000)=766,Dc=1.360 g/cm3,μ=0.666 mm-1,R1=0.0692,wR2=0.1430.配合物中铜离子配位数为5,处于变形三角双锥配位环境中.测试了配合物、配体和铜盐的抑菌活性,结果表明,它们对4种细菌均有一定的活性.
